Better Road Signs by Clet Abraham
French artist Clet Abraham gave great thought to why informative signs are so uncommon, and what he could do to fix that. He set out on a mission with only some stickers and his bike.
According to the artist, it takes him just 20 seconds to transform an average road sign into something much more interesting, and dart away. His works can be found in many European cities.
Abraham was born in France in 1966. He received specialized education at the School of Fine Arts in Rennes. After several successful exhibitions, Clet moved to Rome, where he worked as a restoration specialist for antique furniture. He later moved to Florence, where he lives to this day.
