If you’re looking for paradise, you just found it and its called Sénanque Abbey! Wondering why? Keep reading!

This Cistercian abbey, located in western Provence, in the hills of the Luberon is one of three beautiful Romanesque abbeys founded by the Cistercians in Provence, France. It’s sublime, solitary setting, surrounded by fields of lavender, and the timeless serenity and honey-coloured stone of the monastic buildings. This makes it one of the most photographed sights in Provence and as we said before a peaceful paradise on Earth.

If you want to visit this place, you should know that this is still a working abbey and visitor numbers are tightly controlled, so little disturbs the abbey’s contemplative calm and the exquisite lines of its 850-year-old architecture. The monks make a living from growing lavender and producing honey, both of which can be bought from the abbey shop. Okay! We’ll stop the small talk and show you a piece of this heaven on Earth!

People who are focusing on big and extraordinary things often miss the little, precious parts of the puzzle called life that makes it complete and perfect in its own imperfect way. Why does “golden” always have to associate you of something bonded with money?

During autumn in your town on your way to work or school, have you ever stopped and observe the golden beauty of your city dressed in crispy, yellow leaves begging for attention under your feet? Have you ever listen to their amazing crispy melody while braking under your weight or the melody of the gentle wind cuddling your hair? Abandoned 10 years ago, the beautiful and creepy Nara Dreamland park in Japan is the perfect place for photographers because sometimes abandoned places like this are more attractive to capture than anything else.

Nara Dreamland was built in 1961 as Japan’s answer to Disneyland, which had opened in California the previous decade. Towards the end of its life the park struggled with low visitor numbers and was eventually forced to close. Now the sweets in the vending machines are no longer safe to eat and the heart-pounding rides are now as still as the fiberglass mascots which haunt the landscape.

This place is a popular destination for urban explorers. Additionally, many have reported hearing strange noises near the park’s boats. Some speculate that it may be caused by a running water pump or a type of bull frog. Would you pack your bags and check where the sound comes from? If you’re an adventurous traveler you would, but if you only want to check this creepy yet amazing park, just scroll down and enjoy!

We’ve seen the rabbit island, the cat island and now it’s the ponies turn to show us their island of Foula in Britain, which has more fairy tale-like miniature ponies than human inhabitants.

It’s never about the islands people are interested about but the animals who live there and on this one hundreds of stuffed ponies await for your arrival.

With only 30 people there, this place is a paradise on Earth for horse lovers or children who want to play with a real pony. The ponies have heavy coats, short legs, and are considered intelligent. They are so magically-unbelievably-darn-cute, you’ll start wondering whether you’re dreaming or not.

Before you start packing your suitcase, scroll down and take a look at the collection we’ve made for this pony paradise. It may look abandoned at first place, but after seeing the thousand ponies running around, it will make no difference if the place looks old and abandoned at all!
