If you visit Paris, don’t forget to lower into his underground catacombs. Yes, catacombs.

For those of you who have never heard of them, let’s introduce a bit of their history. They contain the remains of about six million people. They existed from 1786 till 1788.

The catacombs are known as l’Ossuaire Municipal or The World’s Largest Grave, because of its length around 186 miles.

The underground cemetery became a tourist attraction and one of the most visited places in Paris.
