The Garden of Cosmic Speculation
Gardens, bridges, terraces, sculptures, fences and architectural works, all of this you can find in the Garden of Cosmic Speculation, founded by landscape architect and theorist Charles Jencks and his wife Maggie Keswick in Dumfries, Scotland.
Here botany is combined with other sciences. Mathematics, geometry, chemistry, astronomy, physics – echoes of these sciences can be found in this place. The Garden of Cosmic Speculation symbolizes miniature of the entire universe.
Although, that this park is a work of landscape design, here instead of manicured bushes, you can see the aluminum flower beds or black holes.
