The Outings Project Brings Museum Artworks to City Streets
A French artist and filmmaker Julien de Casabianca has created the unique Outings Project.
Anyone can participate in this project. People from various cities around the world make photos of anonymous characters out of the master paintings, then print and paste them in public spaces in London, Barcelona, Chicago, Rome and other cities. Outings project has begun, when Julien had visited the Louvre and discovered a bored-looking girl in the corner of a painting. He made a picture on his phone, printed it, and pasted on a building in Paris.
