Especially for the annual “24 hours of Le Mans” marathon , the company built half of the racing car, Porsche 911 RSR, of Lego bricks !
380,000 Lego bricks were used on the legendary Porsche 911 silhouette. It’s rather difficult to discern that the car body is made up of this construction! Lego was used for all the fine details of the body, as well as the sponsor stickers. The Porsche 911 RSR was 4.5 meters long, remained fully functional and kept the original lights on the right side. Thanks to the excellent dynamics of the racing car category LMP1, the Lego constructioned vehicle has never been so fast!
