The chief of the police department Nazhud Guchigov married 17-year-old girl Louise Goylabieva, on May 16th in Gorozny. The wedding certainly would have remained unnoticed if the journalist Elena Milashina wouldn’t have published an article about it.
She wrote that Guchigov wants to take a second wife, a schoolgirl, actually a concubine. He claimed that he didn’t know any Goylabieva and wasn’t going to marry her. After the intervention of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, it turned out that the policeman, who is 47 years old, still wants to get married, and the girl agreed to the it as well. Also Kadyrov ironically called this event “wedding of the century”. The ceremony took place in the city palace of marriage. It was attended by the head of the presidential administration of Chechnya, Magomed Daudov with the call sign known as “Lord.”
